GOOD QUESTIONS. SIMPLE ANSWERS.

Is PARIS TOURS the official Louvre website?

No. PARIS TOURS is an independent project, not affiliated with the Musée du Louvre. This version helps you plan a visit and compare official reference rates. It does not sell or issue tickets. Final prices, eligibility and availability are confirmed at ticket.louvre.fr.

What does a museum ticket include?

Admission covers the Louvre's permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, plus the Musée Eugène-Delacroix on the same day or the next opening day. Some exhibitions require a specific time slot. Guided activities and audio guides are extra. Some rooms may be closed and any exit from the Louvre is final.

Can I get in for free?

Under-18s, EEA citizens or residents under 26, disabled visitors with one companion and other eligible categories receive free admission with proof. All visitors can enter free on the first Friday after 18:00 (except July and August) and on 14 July. Time-slot bookings are recommended; check the full official eligibility list.

How long should I allow for my visit?

Two to three hours is a good start for the highlights. Leave more time to wander, take a break and discover a collection you hadn't planned to see. Security checks can add waiting time. Arrive ahead of your reserved slot.

Is the museum accessible?

Disabled visitors and one companion receive free admission with supporting documents. Priority access, lifts and free equipment loans are available. Contact the museum for a suitable route and current equipment availability. A time-slot booking is strongly recommended.

Can I bring bags or take photographs?

Bags larger than 55 × 35 × 20 cm are not allowed. Smaller items can be left in free lockers and must be collected the same day. Personal photography is allowed in the permanent collections without flash, lights or selfie sticks; temporary exhibitions may have restrictions.

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

Our checkout is a simulation with no real transaction. Under the Louvre's individual ticket terms, paid tickets cannot be changed, transferred or refunded for a change of plans; free tickets can be cancelled. Exceptions may apply when the Louvre cancels or changes a service or makes an operational error, for unscanned tickets. Read the full official conditions before a real purchase.

Do I need to create an account?

No. PARIS TOURS uses three guest-checkout steps: visit and guest details, test payment, then review and confirmation. No account or password is required. Use sample details rather than real personal information.

Which cards can I use in the test checkout?

Only the displayed test cards: 4242 4242 4242 4242 simulates approval and 4000 0000 0000 0002 simulates a decline. Use the test-fill buttons, a future expiry and CVC 123. Other card numbers are rejected. No payment provider is contacted, no money moves and no valid ticket or email is issued.
